During the Korean outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) in 2015, Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) confirmed the MERS case of healthcare worker in Daejeon, South Korea. To verify the precise route of infection for the case, we conducted an in-depth epidemiological investigation in cooperation with KCDC.
